SHIPPING

All t-shirts and tote bags are printed-to-order and shipped directly to you from the printers.

From placing your order to printing the item can take up to 7 days. 


"What happens if my order doesn't arrive?"

Delivery estimates can't be guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time then there has probably been a delay in transit. Get in touch if you think your order may have gone missing in the post. 


RETURNS

All clothing is manufactured to order and so I cannot offer exchanges as I do not keep stock. Please carefully read sizing information before ordering and feel free to get in touch with any questions to avoid disappointment. In return for unwanted items you will receieve a partial refund minus the production costs. 

Contact me via the contact form if you wish to return an item.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and must be in new condition. Buyer pays return postage.

BREAKAGES

If there has been any issues with your jewellery order please get in touch. I am happy to fix breakages even after a long time if able to, simply get in touch with a photo or description of the damage.

PACKAGING

All our packaging is plastic-free, recyclable and biodegradable. Even the tape and packaging peanuts.

Boxes are recyclable and packaging peanuts are made from cornstarch and biodegradable and compostable.

White tape used on boxes and stickers are biodegradable.

Clear tape used on poster tubes is plastic-free and compostable, meeting the requirements for industrial compostability according to European Standard BS EN 13432.
